Just discarded mine. All set.
I'm keeping my rubber bands and belt loops though.

I'm ready for the down votes but I'm okay with this. The vast majority of the US is in favor of this and the NRA is suffering greatly because of their support of bump stocks.

If I want one, I'll print it on my 3D printer.

A very large portion of the US wants us to be a totalitarian socialist regime. That doesn't make them right.

NRA:
quote:
Despite the fact that the Obama administration approved the sale of bump fire stocks on at least two occasions, the National Rifle Association is calling on the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) to immediately review whether these devices comply with federal law. The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semi-automatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations. In an increasingly dangerous world, the NRA remains focused on our mission: strengthening Americans' Second Amendment freedom to defend themselves, their families and their communities. To that end, on behalf of our five million members across the country, we urge Congress to pass National Right-to-Carry reciprocity, which will allow law-abiding Americans to defend themselves and their families from acts of violence."

If you get right down to it is the bump stock protected by 2A? I also think this could be the first step in banning black rifles

Make it illegal to purchase a full auto without a special license, fully automatic weapons are unreasonable
Yes give up bump stocks, theyre unreasonable
Give up extended magazines, theyre unreasonable
Give up semiauto rifles and shotguns, theyre unreasonable
Give up your handguns
Give up the rest
Im not a fan of the surrendering our right to fire arms trend

Playing devils advocate here:
What are the merits of “bump stocks”?
Why does the restriction thereof not fall within the government’s regulatory power?
Do you believe that any and all modifications to firearms are protected by the 2nd?

Do not believe
No one really gives a shite about bumps because they are a novelty item for your gun but no way the administration will go this far.
Ban? Yes
Turn them in or destroy? Nah, that is some Gestapo shite.

Clearly an attempt to make more things illegal so racist police have a new excuse to target minorities.

Reminds me of the Crowder "I'm pro-life, change my mind" video where the woman just keeps saying "education, education, education". These idiots trying to ban guns have never even held a pistol, much less a rifle, and god knows they have no idea what a bump stock actually does. We should "educate" not ban, just like abortion
