The Constitution lists presidential eligibility requirements. If Trump doesn't violate any of those the GOP can't just disqualify him.

Trump is not going to jail.
Even while the Democrat base is screaming for it to happen, just like the Republican base screamed for Hillary Clinton to be jailed, Democrat politicians in Congress who have hung out previously with Trump and his people and have had good times (all those people hang out in similar social circles) have no real desire to see him sent to prison.
They just want the current circus to be enough to cause the GOP to lose the Executive and Legislative branches next year. Then they’ll call off the dogs.

I'd have no problem voting for Ron or Vivek. If Haley is the candidate and I'd probably vote for RFK.
At least RFK isn't itching to get into multiple wars at once, like Halley.

Job #1 is keeping the mindless Democrats out of office. Vote for the best GOP candidate… withholding your vote for the sake of punishing the GOP because your guy didn’t get the nod is childish and irresponsible. It’s like swallowing cyanide and hoping the other person dies. Grow up. Suck it up.
