40k-50k Americans have a duty to get out of a war zone. Problem solved.

Let's predict the "Gulf of Tonkin" incident that we use to justify a new war with no end in sight

This was our fear when Trump picked people like Bolton to be among his closest advisers. He continues to surround himself with the worst hires time and time again.

So we told them to leave but must invade anyway.

That would suck.

Trinidad is in, you can use our waters as a base to block them from the east, just like Drake in the ole days...

...and why didn't they leave when they had the chance? Are these 40-50K American expatriates who wanted to live in Hugo's Socialist Paradise?

We said that about another communist takeover of a shithole country back in the 1960s

Look. I get that people are tired of the USA sending troops into other countries. But, this is in South America, not Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan.

If we have other surrounding South American countries working with us and sharing the burden of going into Venezuela to help the people, I don't have a problem.

But, we need a clear entry and exit strategy.

The Monroe Doctrine makes sense. We don't want Russia, China or some other country outside of the Americas filling in the void. And we don't need the freaking UN either.

Venezuela is screwed and they desperately need help.

Personally I hope not. I'm a conservative but I am not a war hawk. Enough of our people have died on foreign soil, I would rather we leave it to the other countries to resolve their own bullshite
