This unfortunately oh so typical. A vast majority of accusations of racism are just total fabrications. They will continue to be so until the MSM stops immediately believing any accusation and calling out/shaming those that make fake accusations. However, that will never happen since all they want is ratings and stir up racial animus.

It is clear as day who the racist is in this situation.

I think this woman is lying, but she DID claim that he made the “go back” statement at the very start of the confrontation, while the witness says that she was not there to hear that part of the encounter

Let's face it. We ALL know what went down here.
She was doing the whole, "black people don't follow rules" thing(especially black women)
He saw her and told her she had too many items. Hell, he might have even been abrupt about it. And, he told her to go back to the aisle she had likely left to try and hurry herself through the express line

He then likely called her a lazy bitch as he admits

One interesting point from the interview of the store employee is that the “express lines“ are not actually a store policy to limit the use of those registers. They are essentially just a request that people with a large number of items be polite to people with a small number of items and use a different register.

She'll the pregnancy brain card and try to excuse it, but in reality she deserves harsh punishment. If an employee of any company lied publicly and behaved that way, they'd be fired for the negativity they bring on their employer.
Given her race and gender, however, I don't see the Georgia House doing what is right in regards to her.

It's an unwritten rule, like a courtesy. Pretty much the same as a stop sign in a mall parking lot. Not enforceable.
