Much of the hedge fund money has moved to South Florida. Goldman Sachs's Dallas office is 2nd only to NYC.
TSE comes online in 2026 and has already forced the NYSE to relocate its Chicago operation to Texas. The NASDAQ is also opening up operations in Dallas.
I wouldn't bet on everyone trying to wait out the situation in NYC.
