States really need to start being putting in laws that prevent these kind of tracking requirements. INS companies are doing it already, so now there is a way for the govt to get your info without you knowing. Ie...anyone that gets a new car or has a home automation of some kind is putting themselves into this kind of system.
We really do need more govt people who are able to see this kind of thing coming and are able to be proactive.

I am sure there's an app out there for idiots to track their CO2 emissions. Go for it.
