That is my obvious conclusion after watching the travesty of politically motivated Democrats trash the Constitution and the American people by putting us through this sham impeachment process - They do not care about anything but their own power!

And they have promised to continue to impeach the president after this fails!! My WORD!

I would agree, but they had it and squandered it away. If they get it back they had better make good use of it.

Think of how much further along we would be after 3 yrs of not having half the country fight our progress? I really sucks to think about it.

We could have had a better trade deal a year ago, on to infrastructure, near completed border security, voting security and a vice put on spending that is not for our legal citizens.

And...quit paying countries to be our friends..Real friends don't require them to foot their financial bills.

Worry about ourselves and carry a REALLY LARGE STICK. We will get out of other peoples business, but cross us and your gonna get whacked.

Do you have any idea where to start? Which seats that flipped in 2018 are capable of being flipped back in 2020? My congressman is solidly R so there is not much I can do.

Frankly, it blows my mind how any person could vote for dim. You'd really have to have your head up your arse to vote dim.

I believe in Orange County CA where vote stealing (aka Vote Harvesting) flipped a number of seats..We have a couple that flipped herein Minnesota that we can win back with Trump visits....I am sure the NRCC has the others identified.....my local Congressman is also Republican like yours.

My district didn't flip but with Trump growing stronger in WI hopefully we can finally vote out the Dem that has been in since 97. He voted with Nancy on this impeachment crap so he has that noose around his neck.

You identified the source of the problem last time Republicans had the House! But recognize it took Trump over a year to realize:
1. Ryan was lyin'
2. The House Freedom Caucus were his true friends and where hiss base lived!!

What is the attitude of the people in the district that normally vote for the Dem? Are they saying they are ready for a change?

Keeping Senate is in our favor. Taking back the house is a tall order, the Dems in their redistricting lawsuits flipped a bunch of districts to their favor

I'm a "No Party" voter but due to the state of the Democratic Party & the direction in which they are heading, I can rule any candidate from their party out instantly. I will vote Republican because they are more aligned with the issues facing the average blue collar family.
I hate to say it, but Democrats actually make me feel as though they are far more interested in tearing this country up than helping American citizens!

personal opinion, it is better optics for Trump to have an adversary from another party to punch at in the legislature.

He could have matured in his leadership since 2017, but the WH was much more dysfunctional and accomplishing less when it was infighting with its own party in congress.

IMO, cleaning the House out of the Paul Ryan RINOs was worth losing the house. Between the election defeats and the retirements, any house flips would bring in new blood and not the get along establishment types.

We did that and they sat with their thumbs up their collective asses. We have to give conservatives/libertarians control of both houses. Real ones.

I prefer it mixed 50/50 if at all possible. This way nothing gets done except that which really needs to get done. Seems to be that whoever has the super majority, they always overreach at the expense of the American people. No thanks.

For the last two years all of OFA's fundraising emails have been about stopping the GOP from Gerrymandering. Why? Most people don't say 'Ohhh, I've been wanting to send my money to anti-Gerrymandering!'

It's because they think the GOP is moving district lines in order to retake the house. If they are afraid of that happening then maybe the GOP is doing something in that direction.
