Overall this is less deadly than Covid itself, but I imagine if you broke it down for age groups it could possibly be more deadly than Covid itself for young people. Though we would need to see her data as well broken down for demographics.
The point of her injunction is that the CDC is trying to conceal the fact that there have been 45000 deaths from the vaccines.
They don't want people to know because they want them to take the shot. That is against the law.
The swine flu vaccine killed 53 people and they pulled it. This has killed 45,000 and they are covering it up.
Hell, they recall 1000s of products when 5 people get salmonella poisoning. 45000 people dying from a vaccine for a virus that has a 99.5% recovery rate is not necessary.

Did you know that the CDC created an adverse affects reporting system called V Safe, solely for COVID vaccines? The CDC controls it and doesn't release the information like the VAERS system does. Patients receiving the COVID vax are given the V Safe information and told to report side affects there. Hmmmm, makes you wonder.

Well, there are several things.
1. 45,000 is likely a low number as this is only info from one of 12 reporting systems and nobody can access the CDC's reporting system for COVID vaccine.
2. The lawsuit wants the court to revoke the EUA or at a bare minimum, enforce the language mandated by the Emergency Use Authorizations which states the FDA "has reason to believe" that the vaccines "may be effective" in treating and preventing Sars Cov 2 etc etc. Nobody, from the doctors all the way to President Biden, is using this language. They are falsely claiming as fact that the vaccines are "completely safe" and if you get it you are "protected".
3. The lawsuit is asking that these treatments not be called vaccines because they do not meet the definition of a vaccine. They are gene treatments being touted as vaccines. They do not create immunity by injecting weakened or dead virus into the patient, they instead inject genetic code into the subject that is supposed to help the body generate spike proteins.

Then you'll like this from pg 4 of the filing. It says 95% of deaths classified as COVID had 4 ADDITIONAL comorbidities. It said the PCR test was also experimental, issued under an EUA, and had a 97% false positive rate.
