There is a saying that democracy ends when Citizens learned to vote themselves money and benefits
The reality isn't the Citizens Congress learned to give money away so they will continue to be elected and get rich themselves

I’m not excusing this by any means, but do the stock purchases include mutual funds? Because one mutual fund purchase could trigger things multiple times with the amount of stocks in them
