Q is a DoE clearance level.
The "highest level" (which is a misnomer of sorts), is a Yankee White clearance. The one the POTUS and others who work closely alongside him get.

If some one that worked @ DoE posted comms any where on the internet they would have been dragged out by their fingernails and gone to Leavenworth. So this is why the poster above concluded so quickly QAnon is fake.
