it has nothing to do with "team trump"

Obama, Bush 2, Clinton, etc all had the same expectations and policies. it's how the federal government works, regardless of executive or party

Look at the dispositions of Wyden, Heinrich and Harris. Even if one agrees with their policies, they are mean and nasty people. That in itself turns people off. Then you have folks like Susan Collins, Roy Blount and John Cornyn, who come across as soft spoken and reasonable, even if you hate their policies.

I'll second that. I bet she's writing the email right now once again claiming 'courage over courtesy.' That bitch didn't get a spankin' when one was due.

I was referencing Coats comments last week when he said he had no legal basis for refusing to answer the question.

The AG is not the President's attorney. He's the chief officer of the DoJ. The President is not his client. He's his boss. The President hasn't asserted executive privilege either and until he does that doesn't hold either.

Unfortunately Trump has said he fired Comey while thinking of the Russian probe, so it won't go away.

Good people follow the rule of law, whether or not they agree with it. Civility seems to have been lost from the modern world.

Off topic for this thread but that's a good point that is lost on the weedheads. Whether you like the law or not, it's the law. Work to get it changed if you don't like it. I don't have much sympathy for people who go to jail time and time again for getting busted with weed. It means they value a plant more than their freedom and financial opportunities.

Democrats, take notice on how Senator Reed is questioning Sessions. Done with class and civility.

I don't either, but it still doesn't make them a bad person, as was implied.

If this was an open court of law this matter would have already be over. Republicans are absolutely destroying and picking apart all the Russian narratives. The Democrats are trying gotchas to try to take Sessions out of context so they can later try to accuse him of lying.
