since you deliver foul I am sure you are so much smarter than all here. I mean really. If you don't like it no one has a gun to your head to read here.
if the comments seem dumbass, it is quite possibly because this is a witch hunt.
name the criminal investigation that Mueller is investigating. as one Senator has said today, pages and pages in their committee show no Russia collusion with Trump.

what happened to Holder over that? I can't recall.

i mean the AG is the attorney for the US and represents the government. as a policy concern, why would we think the AG should be allowed to repeat private conversations with the President?

Chill out. It's a joke. Just like your interpretation of DOJ policies.

oh i agree
but Sessions can't make him do it and Sessions would basically be violating it by answer those questions
if this is the hill the DEMs die on after this hearing, it shows how little they actually have

possibly
or it's just a matter of, you know, hey lets not discuss private conversations with the president in an OPEN HEARING

it is the hill. the talking points are being formed.

It's long standing policy- policy that um may not uh be actually written down- it is my uh view of policy.
Are you talking about the policy of the AG not discussing communications with the President? Do you seriously not understand why the Attorney General's private conversations with the President and/or other high ranking officials of the administration might be confidential and probably even privileged?

yeah but i mean we're getting into what amount to very minute legal technicalities that are way too focused in that arena
if Sessions violates that trust, he's going to get fired himself (for cause)
if Sessions has to answer, they can hold him in contempt if he doesn't. that's the proper mechanism to parse out those issues

I don't really care for sessions, but this hearing really makes clear how little the dems actually have. This entire russia narrative regarding trump appears to be a totally media driven story.
