And yet it's still it's not and has not. Situation is unchanged.

What's up with that?

Stalemate.

It's the perfect forever war.
Except when Ukraine runs out of people.

Neither side can break the others center of gravity. They’re both incompetent armies

Most thought it would fall 2 months ago.
Seriously though it probably will be surrendered to Russia this week.
Lots of happy cartwheels and rejoicing will be happening around here, but the city means almost nothing in the big picture

The Orchestra has pushed to the rail line on the west side of the city. The Wagner flag flies from the top of the City Hall building.

The place was operationally encircled a while back. It is now 60% in Russian hand by flesh and blood. For the acceptable price of a private military corporation, the armed forces of Ukraine have spent their irreplaceable strategic reserves.

Sorry that real life war isn't as fast as Call of Duty.

just a guess or two.

the Wagner group leader complained about that time.
said munitions and materials being shorted to intentionally undermine Wagner. and he was redeploying to Africa.

I don't follow this war closely but if you are into it see how Wagner main force is getting out. ships?

They are literally fighting to the death man by man getting slaughtered till the last like Mariupol.

Zelensky should be ashamed of himself for not pulling out.

All for headlines for the west to justify keeping the money flowing. It’s past pissing me off, it’s sickening. He needs to go on the frontlines.

Russia probably likes that Ukraine keeps sending soldiers into the meat grinder. Russia loses convicts fighting for Wagner while Ukraine loses the best trained soldiers. Doesn’t take a genius to see who is winning that game.

If you are going to start a thread to peacock around, you should at least get your facts straight. Wagner and Russian forces appeared to have taken an operational pause but have once again started pushing. Ukraine tried to hold the River, then dropped back to the stadiums and railway, but that line is collapsing. Russia is paying a high price in this battle, but it appears that Zelensky's desire to hold Bakhmut is more political than strategic, and that might cost him in the longer run.

You mean to tell me the press put out a story that is not true?

Or money to launder back to the Globalist that propped up this war.

I looked at Bakhmut on Google World Pro which lets me measure distances. Bakhmut is about 4 miles wide from East to West. The fight has been going on for 8 months for that 4 miles of rubble.

Friend,

For edification, as one who has “real-world, earned the t-shirt” experience in CQB /MOUT aka clearing house to house combat ops, it takes weeks to months to clear out a city that size.

To have functional control of a battle area does not mean you own every block, just that you control the air, supply routes and more importantly, the will to outlast the other guys.

Zelensky is a hot pants wearing actor, i would guess he has absolutely no idea how to command a war. He's taking direct orders from NATO

I’ll wear my Ukraine lapel pin and fly my Ukraine flag proudly forever. Zelensky is in my heart!
