Padlocked in a gun case under the plane like regular luggage.

Don't remember ever doing this. I remember everyone carrying their M4s with them on the plane (which is just a weird sight) but I thought we packed all crew served weapons, put them on military flights, and picked them up in KAF.

It was a while ago so I could be mistaken.

I heard a dude on Hannity's radio show that said the guns were modified AR-15's with different receivers and .308 barrel, not a gun dude so don't no if that configuration is possible.

One last thing on this. The muzzle flash is something else that makes me think this. The high visibility of the flashes signals a high rate of fire power like the 249.

USMC saws are mostly handmedown from Army, or at least they were during Odumbo years.

We did this when we contracted the entire flight but they frown on 203's on commercial flights.

The only Army unit that had the M249 when I was in was the 10th Mountain Goats. Did they finally wise up once again and steal another idea from the Jarheads?

Speaking of which do y'all remember after the 1st Sandbox the Army decided to invest in RoRo ships but didn't research the depth of most ports and bought ships the drew too much water and only could access like 10% of ports worldwide
