Kobe is not a saint but this case hasn’t been relevant in something like 15 years and she decided to post it within a few hours of his death.
It looks scummy as hell, not the least of which being that Kobe is not exactly able to comment on it anymore.

Yeah - I agree - I was going to search for a date of this reporting - but if it came in the aftermath of his death, she should not only be fired, but should be black-listed from any future publication position.

I am not making light of rape at all. For the darkest corners in hell.
But I’m suspect of people that want money for restitution from rape. Not saying it didn’t happen. He obviously had an extramarital affair but her story, pursuit of money, and settling never set right with me.
