Always has been. It was a tool of our government from the beginning. That was its purpose. The government creates and props up “private” companies to control speech thereby bypassing the first amendment
That’s why everyone shite bricks when Elon straight up bought it. No one ever considered that possibility. He’s in “the club” and bucked the system (at least for now)
