He said his job is being a VSO. You dont think him doing that for a living knows how to help people? It’s literally his job.

do you think it's even remotely possible that every single human being that has ever and will ever serve should be rated at a minmum 50% disabled? that's not called "helping people". it's called "fraud".

Speak for yourself. Several posters have been adamant that veterans receive too much. It’s been very eye opening and something we will discuss at our next DAV national conference.

We have completely miscalculated the support we thought we had from the American right and will adjust accordingly.

Tell me you don’t know how the process works without telling me you don’t know. 50 percent is a baseline that most can reach on first or second filing. You have 4 paths to a service connection. 1 direct. Which is a direct link to your service. Ie injury event or exposure. 2 secondary. It’s anything that’s “key word” AGGRAVATED BY any service connection. 3. Aggravation. That’s for people who needed a waiver to get in service. 4 is Presumptive. Which is where you were at geographically in the world. If you were in Iraq or Afghanistan for example you were prolly around burn pits. Which would cause things like Sinus problems or breathing problems. So that would be a direct and presumptive link for that. Well your breathing and Sinus aggravated the onset of sleep apnea. So you’d file sinusitis directly and sleep apnea in the secondary lane. Most veterans frick up putting claims in the wrong channel and get denied. Call it what ya want it’s paperwork and you’ve had a dumbass doing yours.

so it is your position that every single human who has ever and will ever serve in the US military is at least 50% disabled? yes or no.

Problems with veterans range all over the place. I got a 90 y/o veteran 100 percent P&t off nothing but hearing.

Don't base anything on this board. You should know there's a lot of shite talking coming from some people that don't believe what they're posting.

It’s not just this board, unfortunately. Ben Shapiro has also begun to question the benefits veterans receive at the Daily Wire and the GOP is working to cut benefits for tinnitus and service connected sleep apnea.

It’s clear we have been wrong.

Not uncommon for veterans of that age.

Old man was a mortar man and couldn’t hear shite. But it’s about all the benefits you’re entitled to. All veterans should get what’s there’s. If you have a lower rating than you think you deserve get with me I’d love to help you. If you don’t get your benefits it will goto more learning centers in Minnesota. As a veteran you’re entitled to all the American government provides. No matter if you got a Medal of Honor or med boarded out in basic. Sorry not sorry to the people who disagree.

yes, you have been wrong in assuming that conservative americans will blindly support and trust millions of strangers and a notoriously inefficient government program. if your sad attempt at a veiled threat against conservatives is that you are going to go tell the DAV that you guys need to now rally your support behind the Democrats, then more power to you, friend. your entitled mindset and blind faith in government is more aligned to the Left anyways.

Actually they just started “combined ratings” so tinnitus isn’t a stand alone rating it’s bundled up in whatever they’re claiming like bi lateral hearing loss w/ tinnitus. Or sinusitis w/ sleep apnea. Then instead of a 20 and a 50 it’d just be a 50 for the SA

Not once did I mention Democrats, but you’re a fool if you think veterans shouldn’t be informed about who it is they’re voting for and how it affects them.

For decades it was a staple of Democrat policy to attack and diminish veteran support and benefits.

Now, you and the GOP have joined them.

And as I said to your dumbass in the other thread, you’re bitter because the VA denied your claim. You’ve convinced yourself that you can’t get what you’re entitled to because of this out of control fraud some influencers online told you exists.
