You do realize there are several of us in here "bitching" who are actual fricking vets who are tired of these shitbags gaming the system, right?

same as the other thread, they just completely ignore this no matter how many times we say it.

I'm ex-military and I complain about it. I'm 100% P&T. I did 2 combat tours and I paid a heavy price. I know there's fraud going on, I've seen it. Anything even a little suspicious should trigger an audit, and sometimes it does, but too often it doesn't. As I mentioned in a prior post, most of what I've seen are vets that served 4 or less years, and after the Gulf War (including post 911). So roughly 2009-2010.

My BIL retired after 25 years in the Army as an artillery office (LTC) his hearing was shot and that was 15 years ago. He hasn't worked since then, but spends half his day engaged in some sort of physical activity. If not at a gym, he's in a pool or playing golf. His wife retired from the military about 10 years ago as a SM and looks like she's about 30 after over 25 years in as well. She's a workout freak. Collectively they collect almost 200K a year in retirement.

Not bad at all

A lifetime of $6k monthly payments is just a fraction of what he deserves for those 4 arduous years. We should actually be sucking his penis for defending our freedom. You can go first

My example was exactly this. On top of him being coached by his family during those four years on what to do and what to have documented.

Absolutely worthless fricking soldier too, to no one's surprise.

Nah, I'm good. I'm getting 30% for a completely fricked up shoulder and knee, which I think is fair. I'm not "entitled" to any more than that.

When people say stuff like this it reminds me of those roofers who "find" damage and tell you they can replace your roof and cut you a check.

the irony in this is that you are probably not actually getting what you should be getting, but because you are an honorable man, you are ok with that. i salute you sir.

Yeah 6k a month tax free sucks dude. I miss working every day. It’s not a hard play just got to know what to say. If anyone’s actually wanting help please reach out I’d love to help ya get where ya need to be. All veterans should get their benefits to atleast 50 percent so they get free healthcare and such for when they’re older.

People don’t understand something so they get angry. It’s a process that’s it you have to approach it like anything else dealing with the government

actually most of us understand it quite well, which is why we are angry.

but yes, you are right. it is a process, and once you approach it with intent to scam, it's quite simple because the government is retarded.
