He served his prison term, and was released back into the United States.

Is the super left governor ONLY pardoning this person because they are here illegally, about to be deported, and if they are deported as a felon would not be able to enter the country legally again?

A pardon just cleans your criminal record. It doesn't change facts. The guy still committed an armed robbery.

Waltz and his ilk raised bail money for people that were responsible for over 2Billion dollars in damages.
