Some of those are quite well known, not exactly underground. But country is a pretty incredible genre right now, tons of great stuff from Western Swing to Folk to traditional country and bluegrass.
All algorithmic programs sucks. Find good blogs, those still exist, and buy music. Stop relying on Spotify to "serve" you music. You are just going to get this stuff. And you know what? They're going to build AI artists that go right into Spotify that will merge all this stuff in. That's the future. Of course they are going to tell you it's persona, it's "your" music experience, but they are way wrong.
There's more great country music being made right now than 30 years ago. Fact.
I was just making a general comment about music. I haven't listened to the radio in years. And country music is terrible, only behind rap as the shittiest genre of music.

Rick Beato had a segment on it.
I really have enjoyed watching his videos over the years. He has an incredible love for music, just about ALL music.
