Neal Boortz had this right years ago.
All citizens have the right to vote and get a vote. Citizens that are net income tax payers get two votes and maybe more than two depending on how much in income taxes they pay. Every x thousand dollars you pay in income taxes entitles you to an additional vote.

Everyone pays some tax. They may not pay income tax or FICA, but they pay some tax.
If we would go to a system of collecting taxes entirely from a consumption tax, everyone would pay taxes equally.

Probably not. He had a way of convincing people that he had great ideas that in actuality had major flaws, but he wouldn't allow anyone to challenge him about them on air.
I don't like his plan already because the richest people in America tend to be leftists and they would get the most votes under that plan.
I think people need to pass a civics test in order to get a voter ID card. That solves two problems at once.

i forget which exact #’d “rule that it is? But i do remember it’s one of the FIRST - 1st on the AGENDA to crumble a country aka the USA from within.

is (To FINANCIALLY OVER-BURDEN the tax base with dependents to the point of having less that pay in and more that receive Gubmint Cheese) which in turn creates a “Dependent Society” while it collapses the tax paying American like you and i.
NEWSFLASH: they have accomplished 7 of the 8 RULES! Hussein accomplished the Medical Care Rule with OBAMACARE.
only one Left for them to accomplish is the 2nd Amendment & they will have to take it out of my dead fingers if necessary.
if anyone hasn’t read this book or heard of it, this is their PLAYBOOK.
this book is taught to the Cameltoes aka “Heels Up” and HUSSEIN SOTORO’s of the world in Kindergarten.
it’s kind of like their Baptism into Communism at an early age for these sick twisted & evil pricks!

the sooner we take this to the streets, the. better off we will be. they must be eradicated like a disease from this planet, they grow like cancer & we are in stage 4 at this level in the USA. frick these mf’ers & i totally agree with a “weighted vote”, but it will never happen. i always say, “at least it would be nice if the dependants families that i sponsor every single yeR with 6-figure tax payments would at least send me a Christmas Card with a picture of the families i can put on my refrigerator, sort of like when i do those adoptions in Africa & they send me pics of the kids and a bio, let me get to know these dependants a little bit better ??????????
