So does it head to POTUS' desk now?
No.
This is just a motion to send the bill to committee.

This did in fact pass the proposed budget. It also gave Reps authority to do their tax reform.

So can it be killed in committee?

So the budget bill goes to committee with "key parameters".
quote:
The House is scheduled to cast a critical budget vote Thursday which would set out key parameters for the tax bill and pave the way for Republicans to pass it without Democratic cooperation. But some of the Republicans concerned about the effort to eliminate or limit the existing deduction for state and local taxes have threatened to vote no, potentially blocking the legislation’s progress.

No. It’s a done deal. The only thing left in Committee is to come to an agreement on the details for tax reform.
The budget is done. Tax reform is a go as well, it just needs the details formalized and a consensus agreement.

GOP of my home state are not fans. I think it’s the right thing to do, even though it will take money out of my pocket.

Plus 20 Rep. votes. I think I know where they came from:

But Republicans from states like New York, New Jersey, Illinois and California argued that their constituents rely on the deduction. While some are open to making changes to SALT -- such as capping the income level at which taxpayers could use it -- others don't favor any kind of compromise and want tax writers to leave SALT completely alone.

So after they set the tax reform, next stop is the President's desk? or does it go back to the senate for a vote?

Didn’t Trump tell everyone to, “Drive them out!?!?”

Here's some of the Rep. naysayers:

Among the no votes from New York were Republican Reps. Peter King, Lee Zeldin, John Faso, Elise Stefanik and John Katko; No's from New Jersey included Reps. Frank LoBiondo, Tom MacArthur and Leonard Lance.

A budget resolution does not go to the President. It's not a "law". It simply outlines parameters for future appropriations or tax law making. It can outline to what extent the "reconciliation" process may be used to expedite legislation, which means you only need simple majority in the Senate vs the usual 60.
The entire point of this budget resolution was to allow tax reform to pass the Senate with 50 votes. That's it. Mission accomplished.
Now the actual work begins of passing the actual tax reform language through both houses.

Can you either update this thread or post a new one showing who voted for and against?
Particularly care about Rep no votes.

This was a resolution to the ongoing budget bill. They don’t often re-write the budget law, they simply do resolutions. And just like Reconciliation bills, which are just direct fiscal alterations of an existing bill, resolutions need simple majority to pass. Which is what just happened.
This resolution is now an automatic addendum to the existing budget law. It doesn’t need the Presidents signature.
The resolution gave them permission to do tax reform, but they have to come to a consensus in committee and THEN present those fiscal changes in a Reconciliation bill of the existing tax law.
This one will need simple majority in both House and Senate. Then the President will have to sign it into law.
It appears like we already have the votes though. Because the same people who just passed today’s Resolution are the only ones we need to pass the Reconciliation tax reform bill too.
So tax reform SHOULD logically be a done deal at this point.

You should've also put "logically" in caps as well. There ain't nothin' logical about the way some in congress votes. If we lose one Senator who voted for the budget, who flakes out because he Trump hurt his feelings (looking at you John), then the tax plan is toast.
