Yes, let’s be hesitant about the vaccine but rush to the nearest veterinarian to seek treatment once we get it.

Why would you listen to appointed political hacks getting a cut from big Pharma?

What about listening to the drug’s maker?

quote:

KENILWORTH, N.J., Feb. 4, 2021 – Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today affirmed its position regarding use of ivermectin during the COVID-19 pandemic. Company scientists continue to carefully examine the findings of all available and emerging studies of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19 for evidence of efficacy and safety. It is important to note that, to-date, our analysis has identified:

- No scientific basis for a potential therapeutic effect against COVID-19 from pre-clinical studies;
- No meaningful evidence for clinical activity or clinical efficacy in patients with COVID-19 disease, and;
- A concerning lack of safety data in the majority of studies.

We do not believe that the data available support the safety and efficacy of ivermectin beyond the doses and populations indicated in the regulatory agency-approved prescribing information.

What was the dosage I have it for treating my dogs for heart worms

I took 4mg/ml one evening and then the next morning followed it up with another 2mg/ml dose. That was is it. That is what was on the advice of my father's GP.

The lady that did the introduction - she looked like she would be an amazingly fun person to go on a date with.

Ivermectin has been used on many things not related to deworming. This drug happens to have wide range of applications, including covid. They have used it on spinal cord injuries with promising results. Obviously to something the manufacturer would promote for liability reasons. They have to absolve themselves of liabilities with these statements.

Honestly at this point, with as much information that we have now, we are able to decide the route that is best for us. No point trying to dissuade. I just needed info so I brought this thread back from the dead.

There are plenty of studies regarding Ivermectin and Covid. Some choose to ignore the studies.
Many, many MD's around the globe are using it with great results.

I personally know someone that was damn near dead from CoVid. Ivermectin was a last resort and it happened to work.

The one thing I heard that I know is inaccurate is that all coronaviruses are seasonal.

Also worth noting this doctor (and his children!) are fully vaccinated.

Something I heard is that coronavirus seem seasonal because we are indoors mostly during cold weather months and not synthesizing vitamin D from the sun.
