The only way they'll ever change is if they actually get the policies they support with their vote and they see where those policies take them. That's the only way.

It’s no different than any other state… 99.9% of hard working blue collar country counties/ parishes go red, while the give me government handouts cities go blue. The key is that you still have hard working blue collar folks (including independents and center leaning democrats) in the cities, just have to galvanize them… folks are fed up with the woke left. Look at Virginia Beach, # 2 in Population for the state and went Red… this Louisiana country boy is proud to be one of those Red votes!

I was pleased that Youngkin won. I was concerned about election fraud.

It's 12 points more Republican than the 2020 Presidential election and 10 points more Republican than the 2017 Gubernatorial election. It's a huge shift. Now they need to build on the victory.

I disagree with you. Virginia had a massive swing in just ten months. I believe Biden won VA in a landslide and that same state was just lost by 2%. That is a catastrophe for democrats.

They have no way out. A nightmare scenario is unfolding before them and all the means and methods they could once rely on now fail - often instantaneously. Democrats swept statewide offices, and - surprising even them - gained full control of the legislature as well. Merrick Garland calling for parents to be treated as domestic terrorists sure didn't help... and that's just what went wrong for Dems in the past week. ? Poised for Victory These dramatic changes in Virginia's political environment didn't happen by themselves. These are the direct result of the work done by the Virginia Project - our relentless communications, investigations, support systems, exhortations and leadership, to patch the Republican Party in Virginia back up into fighting shape, to break down and render ineffective the means by which the Democrat Party had made its gains.
