Ray Epps should be at the top of the DOJ's list of people to arrest, based on everything he did on January 5th and 6th. Epps repeatedly emphasized that people must go IN the Capitol building. Not TO the Capitol. He knew that going IN was a key to making this into an insurrection attempt.
It's interesting that at the barricades he is whispering in the ear of one of the guys at the front of the barricade. Both wearing identical hats, FWIW.
The guy who's ear he whispered into is the one who tried to help the officer who was injured when they pushed over the barricade. I don't think he wanted to see any of the officers get hurt by actions that he inspired.
Finally, it is very interesting that while Epps repeatedly emphasized that people must go IN the Capitol building, he didn't go in, himself. Very obvious that he wanted others to commit a crime. Can you imagine if Trump had said that?
I have no doubt he is a paid instigator at the very least, and was probably working for one of the alphabet agencies. Especially after he was on the most wanted list and then dropped with no reasons given.

Definitely fed or former fed.
The possibility of him just spilling the beans on others and getting immunity is very small. Because from what could be seen, he was one of the key people inciting and instigating. Anyone he could rat on would be a small fish compared to him.
No fricking way would establishment give up such an easy slam dunk on one of the main culprits for a small fish. That video of him is something that could be replayed nonstop on CNN and MSNBC.
Only thing that makes sense is that establishment was protecting their own.

It's odd that a person almost no one would have a problem being charged and prosecuted... has never been charged or prosecuted.

Not only that… no one on the left is complaining that he hasn’t been arrested. None. He is on video instigating the thing.

In the recent NYT article Epps said he flew across the country to support Trump but interestingly enough he did not even go to the Trump Rally he went straight to Capitol Hill.

The life of an agent provacateur has gotten complicated. The agents that were running him don't want to be tied to him because that would hurt their planned court cases and the Jan. 6th Show Trial.

That's all a conspiracy theory. Then why wasn't he charged? Clearly this is misinformation, because the January 6th committee would be on it.
