All he had to do was say no. No, I won't break the law. You are entrapped when you knowingly engage in a criminal act and you don't know it's with the police. Like uc narcotics arrests. It happens literally every day.

So if you break the law you would say it was justified if LEO murdered your wife while she was standing there with a baby in her arms?

You are one dumb motherfricker

He wanted to make sure she was dead so that they could punish Randy Weaver.

Vicki was the spiritual backbone of that family. The feds believed her death would break the family's will and make them surrender.

50 bucks you are current or former LEO. Inability to admit fault is a classic sign.

Another thing to consider... even upper level people in the FBI stated the charges against Weaver were bullshite.

The entire thing was a frickup

The way you completely absolve the shooter of murdering this woman holding a baby is disturbing in the extreme.

And that weak-voiced, hedging, free D.C. buffet aficionado was expected - by whomever - to go after any and all collaborators in at least 5 countries involved in the Scandal of the Century, and bring them all to justice.

You plainly have no idea what entrapment is and why it's illegal.

Its amazing how the "civil liberties" and "free speech" liberals of my younger years are now all blood-thirsty Nazis.

Do you even remotely understand the circumstances of this case? Or do you want to just live under the boot of the federal government?

Stop being a dumbass.

He told the feds ‘no’ several times about altering guns. They kept coming back to him. Dunno, sounds like entrapment to me.

If Weaver was some Noam Chomsky loving hippie isolationist living in a van in the woods, while entrapped by the feds for growing pot, and they rolled a military force in and murdered his entire family -- these mfers would be besides themselves.

But they perceive Weaver as some right-winger, so good riddance.

The FBI targeted Weaver specifically stemming from a "tip-off" from a local land rival who was trying to get Weaver in trouble.

quote:

In 1984, Randy Weaver and his neighbor Terry Kinnison had a dispute over a $3,000 land deal. Kinnison lost the ensuing lawsuit and was ordered to pay Weaver an additional $2,100 in court costs and damages. Kinnison wrote letters to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Secret Service, and the county sheriff in which he alleged that Weaver had threatened to kill Pope John Paul II, President Ronald Reagan, and Idaho Governor John V. Evans.

No, the agents fired first. They shot the dog, then Weaver's kid shot at the agent.

Marshalls started shite by sneaking around on the property in camouflage and night vision . The started shite before saying "Backoff US Marshalls"

All this stemmed from a sawed off shotgun...one sawed off shotgun. They could have left him alone. But that's not how the federales roll.

And how about her 14 year old son, Sammy, shot IN THE BACK while trying to run away.

They began the festivities by shooting the family dog. Not because it was threatening them… they sniped it from a distance with a silencer… but because they were afraid the dog would alert the family to their presence.
