Watch the video retard.

You are going down a dangerous road with your retarded line of thinking and you can’t see.

This is a civil matter and not a criminal one.

You are just too dumb to see it.

Pathetic that she was found guilty. The actual criminal was the problem here, not the cop.

You can’t engage with the material. There is no conversation here. You are just wrong.

Care to ask someone to try it with you involved? I would not. Ever heard of “Nice” France? Probably not. You’re most likely not informed and just vote to hate others.

It doesn't have to be intentional, that is the law, and you keep sticking to saying it has to be intentional. And you're too afraid to respond to that and have ignored that about 10 times.

You simply are pretending for the sake of what you want to believe is true and ignoring the parts that make you unequivocally wrong.

You also seem to think no one in the history of the world before this cop has ever been convicted of a crime nor should they be convicted of a crime for making a mistake, so you may want to ease up on all the name calling

You are being dishonest and won’t engage the material.

I’m speaking of this case and only this case.

I’m under no delusion that this is the first or only bad verdict.

Cool, this case, the one where you factually can be convicted for a mistake.

I’m saying the state did not meet their burden based on the evidence at trial.

I watched the entire trial. You admitted you watched none.

I have a high bar for the state locking someone in a cage.

They’ll find her guilty to please the animals circling her carcass and the appeal and win with no one hearing about it.

I hope if I need the police, the 99 percent who are competent are the ones who show up.

Judge Regina Chu decided she will instruct the jury that recklessness in first-degree manslaughter requires "proof of a conscious or intentional act... that creates a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the actor is aware of and disregards."

Based on the evidence at the trial the state did not meet their burden of proof on this element. Thus she is not guilty.

As I have repeatedly stated, take this case to civil court and get damages for wrongful death.

The criminal liability is not there based on the evidence at trial.

You can disagree with me but not because I am "ignoring the parts I don't like".

The state did not meet their burden in this case. It's that simple.

Will any of the “it doesn’t have to be intentional or they don’t have to know they are doing it to be reckless” people address this? Was the judge wrong in her instructions to the jury? How could they conclude she knowingly did this?

shel311 and LSUFanHouston didn't even watch the trial and have super strong opinions.

I watched the entire trial with Rekieta and crew.

ETA: They won't engage with it either b/c it proves them wrong.

They needed to prove that she conciously disregarded his safety with her recklessness and culpable negligence. This isn't a strict liability offense. Not many criminal offenses are.

This should have been handled in civil court.

Either you know that and are being obtuse, or you don't know the law.

Either way, the jury of her peers judged her guilty. It's a travesty.

Shel is an uninformed coward who admitted he did not watch the trial but has very strong opinions.

He embodies everything wrong with our society now.

Uninformed idiots with super strong takes.

He will never appear in this thread to admit he is wrong.

Rekeita Take on the Verdict

Shel and LSUFanHouston, both of you should watch this so you can learn some more about MN law.

You are both wrong with your takes and refuse to admit it.

Come eat your crow and take your L, cowards.
