There very well could be an increase in autism, but it's a myriad of problems and not just one magic bullet.

There's a lot of neglect. The modern person is someone raised with no soul, no ambition, no support, just a husk hanging on until they die. They fill the void with meaningless junk like various distractions that add up to nothing.

The answer isn't some pill or diet plan or any other modern answer to better living. It's God. It's working hard. It's loving your family and the people around you. That's how you deal with social problems, but that takes a lot of effort and people don't want that.

I could on about why that is, but it will upset some folks.

I don't think the mg of acetaminophen has changed over the years, but don't discount the volume. The global market for acetaminophen has grown off the charts. The US market has DOUBLED in just 10 years.

Many more people are taking it, and they are taking it much more frequently.

Jim Carrey is crazy, but I can't disagree with him here.

Indeed, the autism pectrum was broadened, and that accounts for the alleged “spike in cases. RFK, Jr. took this change and ran with it(because he’s a kook and opportunist).

I think it was some of the increase, and no one is going to argue otherwise, but only an idiot would say its the only reason for such a large increase.

Every study I have seen online says it only accounts for 25-40% of the rise, outside of one Danish study from 2015 saying it accounts for 60% of the rise.

Of course. And it's not just acetaminophen. Go into any doctor's office and ask a primary care physician to take a guess at how many of their patients are on prescription meds. Yeah. It's most of them. The average adult is on something. They're still taking a wide variety of OTC meds as well (including supplements.)

It's silly, but we live in a drug culture. We are HEAVILY medicated. But why? Why are people so quick to take a pill, but not exercise or get sunshine or pray? Because it's easy. Because it absolves responsibility. If you always take the easy way out, it just results in missed opportunities and disappointment.

1968

Number of Vaccines: Children in 1968 typically received vaccines against four diseases: smallpox, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, and measles, with a total of around 8–10 doses by age 6, depending on boosters.

We don’t really know the cause of autism. Environment or recessive genes
are likely culprits.

Jesus...that has zero to do with an increase in autism. Not even sure what you are arguing other than people are bored.

Yes people are bored but I doubt any of those caring for autistic children created it out of boredom. A good friend of mine has an autistic sister and his dad is aging. My friend will have to care for her after his dad passes. They aren't creating long-term care plans out of boredom.

Still a huge increase overall even if we go with the 20% number

Right. Either way, America has way higher rates than the rest of the world

From where I’m sitting, people need to be concerned with solving the problem more. Not arguing it’s a fake or overblown issue. That doesn’t help and likely causes harm

I like how the AI is trying to make today's vax schedule seem more ominous by counting MMR as 3 diseases in 2025, but only counts it as 1 in 1980.

Also I have 3 kids under 6 and they've gotten every shot recommended by their normal, mainstream pediatrician and I think the 5 year old is up to maybe 14 or 15 shots and the 2 year olds are at like 12.

Yea I said I wasn't sure if it was 100% accurate but you should be aware that ChatGPT is very liberal leaning because the people programming it are and it gets a lot of info from the internet like Reddit so if anything its agenda is usually to push those narratives.

Because it's a bigger problem than just one cause. It's a culture of neglect, short-sightedness, and fear propaganda.

Kids in the 60s were diving under their desks because they were afraid of getting nuked. That kind of trauma carries over generationally along with other fears spread by a media apparatus that is very good at keeping people in their place.

It's a cumulative effect of all this negative culture that has seeped into the developing minds of children and the poison has only increased in intensity due to the internet and its pervasiveness.

Children do not play anymore. They do not socialize. They are reared with no God, no love, no family. Instead they are bombarded with "influencers" everywhere. And most people do not know what their kids are watching.
