The stock markets will tank if this shite is passed. Thousands of publicly traded companies losing an unprecedented amount of employees, lawsuits, HR nightmare. Corporations losing thousands of departments, networks, and companies struggling to find good help.
Prepare for your 401k and investments to tank of this bullshite government overreached is passed.

I wish they would have highlighted the fact that you can still get covid and spread covid if you have been vaccinated.

I'm feeling slightly optimistic that were going to get a stay out of this.
I doubt it, SCOTUS has a leftist/totalitarian bent:
Sotamayor/Roberts/Kagen/Breyer
then you have the middle-roaders: ACB/Kavanaugh (thanks a lot, Trump)
Then you have Alito, who likes many Orwellian things. But just as often is willing to see the light.
Then you have good guys: Thomas (the Best) and Gorsuch
I think it will be a 6-3 vote
Support for OSHA mandate: Sotamayor/Roberts/Kagen/Breyer/Kavanaugh/ACB
Against: Thomas/Gorsuch/Alito

WUT?
Alito is the most conservative justice on the court aside from Thomas.

How does this even get enforced? It looks like it would just be on the honor system

Biden v. Missouri is up now-- tune back in
Posted on 1/7/22 at 11:14 am to cajunangelle
I hope they hammer some of the "facts" argued by the Fed.

Is it live again or being replayed?
Posted on 1/7/22 at 11:15 am to tigafan4life
I mean from a company standpoint. Looks like they just tell the gov, yeah we're in compliance thanks. You could upload a lucky charms box top as your vax card and it will probably pass.
