The source is sensationalist, of course, but it was the UK who wanted Abbey gate to remain an entry point into the airport because the Brits were stationed in the Baron Hotel nearby.
We Americans warned the Brits. The Brits ignored.
Unfortunately - that decision to disregard our warning came at a terrible prices - as the expected violence materialized.
I am sure the Brits took a long look at the logistics of moving gates and decided to take a chance. We sustained casualties protecting that gate. The British decision was not wise and it was costly to those in harm's way.

She blamed Democrats, Democrat voters, she blamed the media, she blamed Russia, she blamed all trump supporters, she blamed election fraud, she blamed social media. I mean, trump picked one and stuck with it.. election fraud. She picked all the choices.
Gunning down an unarmed protester? Oh... that was clearly the fault of the unarmed protester.
Local governments allowing antifa and blm to burn cities down, attack innocents and basically force residents to live in terror for months. Oh, that was just mostly peaceful protests...the blame falls on the vile people who forced antifa and blm to attack them and burn their businesses down.
