The past few months, almost nobody has been wearing masks (at least not in Louisiana). Once the mask mandate was lifted, everyone stopped wearing them. And those who don't want the vaccine, probably aren't going to voluntarily wear a mask in the first place.

I'm sure all of the illegals (Not vaxxed) coming across the southern border and being sent all around the country, mainly the South have absolutely nothing to do with this increase in cases.

Absolutely. That is a primary reason I’m very dubious at the fear mongering and the push.
Officials are giving every indication of resumed required masking, lockdowns, strongly manipulated vaccine “encouragement”, etc, etc.
All the while the border is more or less not even a border anymore, hundreds of thousands are coming across with no idea what they’ve been exposed to or bringing with them......and nary a peep.
Two absolute diametrically opposite approaches under the guidance of the same administration with regards to this virus.
That fact right there strongly let’s me know this entire thing is more politically driven than public safety driven.

I'm really not sure how anyone could downvote this post. But I would love them to explain why it's wrong.
Long term problems are 100% UNKNOWN. Long term could mean now, 5 years, 20 years whatever.
Stop pushing people to get a shot that you yourself have no idea how it would affect them

This is why having your own opinion helps. The people leading this shite tell you one thing one day (get the vax and drop the mask) then masks don't work the next week, but get the vax anyway. So now that vaxxed people are testing positive it makes all these frauds in charge look silly.

Maybe, but I'm not asking you to excuse away why the administrations plan didnt work. I'm asking you how that logic flows, because we are literally asking people to "patch up" the vaccine with a mask they said we no longer needed just 2 months ago.
When the CDC lifted mask recommendations in May, cases levels were just as high as they are right now. Deaths were 2-3X's higher. They are CLEARLY hiding something from us.
