If everything went so well and this was a fair and honest election the Supreme Court should certainly want to encourage mail in voting going forward.

In other words, you think the Supreme Court is free to make decisions based on the impact of the decision instead of the controlling law and constitution provisions. Very interesting.

It's incredible that you guys see election fraud behind every tree. It is nothing short of idiotic to conclude that the Supreme Court's decision in this case in anyway reflects an evaluation of the last election.

They did that exact thing by turning down Texas's suit against the four states it filed suit against. They knew there would be a political firestorm if they actually would have taken the suit. They kicked the can down the road instead of doing their Constitutional duty to provide remedy between states.

Time to ratchet up pressure on Georgia state politicians to fix the mess Raffensperger created.

Georgia voters needs to recall him, and the legislature needs to cancel its contract with Dominion ASAP.

Texas rejected Dominion voting systems, time for Georgia to kick them out, I don't care how much the cost.

But Smartmatic still snuck thru in some counties. Tarrant (Fort Worth) went blue for the first time since the 60s. Ohhhh 2yrs after a new Election Admin got put in place in 2018. Ohhhhh a guy from Venezuela that came to the states (CA) working with Smartmatic back in like 04. Yeah nothing shady there...TX better look into that.

They should have ruled on the Texas suit.
They didn't out of fear.
The contested states absolutely violated the the voting clause in the Constitution by making changes to voting laws to accommodate mail-in voting without approval of their state legislators.

This is very good news because states that desire to have fair, honest elections are enabled to do so

What about the ones that don’t desire to have fair, honest elections? Like, say, PA, GA, AZ, NM, WI, MI,...

So what will the new court packing look like? How many RBG's are going to be enough?

Only positive in this otherwise dismal start of the New Year. Dominion machines need to be eliminated or some sort of auditing in place to verify counts of this or any machine that can be manipulated in any way to guarantee a certain outcome.

the code needs to be open and audit-able

hiding your algorithms behind non disclosure agreements in this situation is ridiculous

There needs to be some very strict Federal Election Commission rules on machine vote counting. No foreign companies to start with. No foreign connections. No internet connections or capability in any way.

Fulton County had 94% of ballots adjudicated when the FEC guidelines specified that one in 500,000 was the allowed error rate. All kinds of bad things in Dominion's crap.

Not sure if you are serious, but if you are, I think you are right. Too many statements toward that fraud to not believe it.

I'll be amazed if it happens. Its damned pathetic that the USA doesn't have 100% confidence in the election process.
