LINK - SCOTUS: Texas restrictions are Constitutional
"Supreme Court Rejects Dems Bid for Universal Vote-by-Mail in Texas"
This is very good news because states that desire to have fair, honest elections are enabled to do so. Also, the DNC was thwarted in their attempts to corrupt the Texas voting system.

Time to ratchet up pressure on Georgia state politicians to fix the mess Raffensperger created. Also, this is more proof that if Raffensperger had not folded to Stacey Abrams and continued to fight through the court system, the USA would not be facing the DNC debacle that is soon to be upon us because Perdue would have won the Senate instead of going to a runoff

It doesn't matter. Dominion switches the votes electronically.

But I thought there was nothing wrong with massive mail in voting across the country. If everything went so well and this was a fair and honest election the Supreme Court should certainly want to encourage mail in voting going forward. Send everyone and everything in the country a ballot heck I think my dogs should each get a vote. They are more than applicable citizens of America by the current standards. They have names and mailing address.

the code needs to be open and audit-able

hiding your algorithms behind non disclosure agreements in this situation is ridiculous

Damage has been done sure, but if mail-in voting is reigned in that changes the game for '22.

Doesn't matter on the National level and it soon won't matter on the State and Local level

I have said the same sorts of things lately, but I don't want to give up that easily.

I think any of us who think civil war is the answer right now are doing a disservice to previous generations of patriots and we are failing to appreciate how awful things could get if the gloves come off.

I see this news from the Supreme Court as a very good development.

Texas rejected Dominion voting systems, time for Georgia to kick them out, I don't care how much the cost.

The only chance left is for swing state GOP legislatures to change the rules doing away with mail in votes and battle that shite in court before 2022.

Also need to do away with Dominion machines. The legislature can pass a law stating no machine can be connected to the Internet ever. Or go back to paper ballots

Doesn't matter. The states go around the legislature and the courts don't care.

It does matter. The mail in voting allows them to manufacture the paper needed for any audits.

Our only hope is states like GA and others go the way of Florida and clean up the entire voting system.

People in those states need to hound their reps until the necessary steps are taken to insure clean elections.

the mail in muh covid voting allowed them to back up their online computer switches from Trump to Biden. They created the ballots to back up the cheat?

so now suddenly Robert's says it is wrong?

because the democrats got away with the whole election fraud they don't need to back up their cheating work with dominion...

I can just barely see the horses' asses as they go over yonder hill after walking out of the barn before we closed the doors.
