No, that's not true at all.
It's some flow coming through, much less than before the war. And that's while they are having to sneak through the strait or have an expensive escort.
Whereas before the war started, it was more oil and none of the extra needed.

Just think, with this new artificial reef in a few years, it will be a great fishing spot.

We only sank these ships so we could post on X that we sunk some ships. None of the were running the blockade. Hell, they weren’t even laden with cargo or oil. Just empty ships at anchor. I guess that’s all that’s left when you can’t open the strait for commerce.

You've all left out the portion of extra oil pushed through existing pipelines. More pipelines exporting oil through pipelines and not the strait is coming on line soon. Iran's only card to play is getting smaller every day. Even Iraq is going to be pipelineing their oil out.

Pipelines are more expensive because at some point the oil still has to be put on a boat. All the pipelines do is increase sea transit time for the oil.

And that 5 million per day is from sneaking them at night with shite turned off and/or using naval escorts.
And yes, the actual number is probably about 6 million, aka about 30% of prewar levels.
