They created the list. It's pretty clear what behavior constitutes being engaged in a business where a single sale could violate the law. It's not something a person would do by accident.

Apparently that is all it takes to declare commercial activity, from WHAT YOU POSTED...

As usual, you are being a putz and obtuse...

Shall not be infringed…

That’s pretty darn simple to understand…

If you account for the time value of money, or maybe better describeded as currency devaluation, it's difficult to make a true profit.

I guess we’ll have to start doing like we used to have to do for for the Sunday blue laws. Sell a bag of jellybeans for $600 and you get a gun for free

Who justifies the the commercial aspects or behaviors? There is a huge difference between a guy buying and selling for a living or one that sees a specific group of guns that no longer suits their needs or sees a nice increase in value of guns and decides to sell to pay off their debts. Both situations are to the benefit of profits

If I post my shotgun on my Facebook account and someone buys it...

The way you're pretzeling on this I would say is astonishing but it's par for the course for this new statist sfp.

You left that part out. Now you're expanding the discussion beyond selling a gun for profit.

Sounds pretty hardcore BigGov to me. I'd love to see their criteria for this.

Its undeniable that they're slowly chipping away. I used to sell my guns in classified ads with zero govt interference.

Congress hasn't done their job in years. The main thing they are supposed to do is budget, when is the last time they sent one to the Potus

If you sell your gun and make a profit on it be ready for a pre-dawn execution raid by the ATF:
