Obscuring the doorbell cam seems to provide evidence of intent in this targeted execution….er….I mean issuance of a search warrant.

You are a true loser if you work for the ATF.

Does anyone have friends who worked for the ATF?

I’m genuinely curious, what kind of person chooses them, and why?

Or DEA, or FBI, or CIA, or NSA, or any other three letter agency.

I do, he's a good man. He's was a fire investigator for the ATF and he just retired. He hates the current administration, and is a huge red pilled American. Not all ATF agents are bad people, they basically follow orders from the top.

It's a mix of anti-gun dickbags like David Chipman and Steve Dettelbach, and bureaucrats who know they can be completely incompetent and still keep their jobs.

I wish I was forced into retirement with full pay at 55.

Yes, they are. But hey, I'm sure the one you know is a nice little Fudd now that he's retired.

At one time these were were considered a very good job. Now they are hated because people see them attacking people who don’t agree with their ideology. Either they were always POS and we didn’t know but now we do because of social media or maybe it’s just another failed DEI experiment

I wonder if those who oppose capital punishment(you know the ones for killing fetuses) are in favor of government organized assassinations. Probably all comes down to the victim

Wait, so the agency that was pulling a surprise raid didn't want the suspects to see their actions?

No way!!

Exhibit A on my above post: BayouBlitz

I’m sure it was the suspects they were hiding from behind their tape

This is my problem with the govt as it stands right now. Too many layers of protection and seemingly no accountability.

You haven't thought this through.

I guess they should have called him 30 minutes earlier and let him know the raid was on.

My first cousin has been an ATF agent for over 15 years now. I remember it was very competitive and he had to go through several rounds of interviews before he was hired. This could have been because it was around 2009 and the recession probably had alot of people applying.

And he had a BS from UT Austin and Masters from Louisiana Tech.

I would say he was always the “quiet professional” type. Still is, but the ATF has definitely made him more skeptical of everyone. I would also say it has strangely made him more liberal, or at least pro-fed. He took issue with a lot of things Trump did/said while he was president, which you wouldn’t think if you looked at him.
