Haha there is no enforcement mechanism for international law.

The only entity enforcing international law is the US.

The taking complied with us law as he was a is fugitive. That’s all that counts.

Many experts say no AMERICAN laws were broken. Obviously international law - such as it is - is broken every time one country shoots at another. But international law depends on the UN sanctioning every such action, and the UN is a broken dysfunctional organization.

What we will hear in coming days (and what I haven’t seen discussed yet) is the argument that Maduro was not actually a head of state. He lost the election and nullified the result, and so he does not have immunity because he wasn’t elected. That argument will probably prevail, but it is close because has has actually acted as a head of state for some time.

Then you haven’t been reading very far because that’s what’s been pounded at gator for the last hour.

I disagree with your position that it’s close because of the amount of time he acted as head of state. He ignored the last election. If we had a President with any stones then he woulda been taken out.

It isn’t his time as “head of state” that matters it’s our guys time as that does.

Who are the "Experts"? I think Maduro made a deal to get he and his wife out of the country and he is about to roll on everyone with the election machines.

I did. But there probably won’t be another person like Osama. At least I hope not.

Cool. I never said anything about the arrest being legitimate or not.
Aside from your assumption?

Correction. I was speaking about my initial comments in this thread.

I made no comments about it being illegitimate or not.

As usual here, the rush Trump defense mechanism was deployed for no reason.

Sure. If you say so.

You are attempting to have an argument. I have no idea why.

Osama is different that Maduro.

I had no idea that this notion would be so triggering.

No laws are laws it's simple really.
You say you dgaf about a sovereign nation in one stance

Then say it's wrong to go after a dictator.

Just trying to see exactly where you stand

You seem wishy washy tap dancer on these issues.

The dude clearly hates people who support Trump which is weird since I believe he voted for him. I don’t get it. Just like with Massie they both try to work hard against what they say they’re for.

I don’t care if we broke an international law to kill Osama in Pakistan. I don’t care if you have a problem with that.

But you care with an internationally charged dictator pretending to be a president.
