This is not new. I served from 86 to 16, the Jody we sang in the 80s and early 90s, would get the senior enlisted or commander harshly chastised and/or removed from 2000 on, If the wrong people overheard.
Like it/don’t like it, it’s the way it is.
Also, if you think a female DS/DI can’t smoke your arse, well, you’re wrong. Not as big or strong as the males, in my experience, they are technically superior and tactically proficient.

Not sure what's wrong with the cadence itself, but the imagery looks weak. Unless there are other females marching, literally every soldier there would pummel the her yet there she is leading them.

These guys are in reception it looks like. We only had female drill sgts there. Once we went across the tracks we could call better cadences. But combat arms had no females back then so it may be different now

Dear God man, big whoop, if they were technically or tactically(which I highly highly doubt) superior, it's because that's all they had to offer. A female that can't max out 80+ real PUs/SUs in 2 minutes, or run five something minute miles, can rinse-repeat an exercise drill command until a troop reaches muscle failure..so impressive.
My two DIs had so much 1980s man muscle bulging, no MFer in their wildest dreams would wanna go there.
Being led by ladies in the physical aspect of Basic just doesn't sell to young men. Period. Unless bringing in a Viking Crossfit Lady Champ with Thor or Magnusson somehere in her name? I jest.
Other forms of training, I'd be fine with say an Qualified Expert being female.
Until every soldier is old, and becomes senior ranked enlistee or Officer, his men follow that "pick up your weapon and follow me" mantra. Knowing the ones that lead, did as much or more than what I'm going through now.
Envisioning in my day, the vast majority of high ranked Officers at Benning giving us speeches about fatigue, telling of living on just two to four hrs sleep during Vietnam for two years or more. It's a sell job that ladies just can't bring.
