That's just a model but yes, the early voting numbers are extremely favorable for Trump. Republicans are going to be well ahead of where they were in 2016.

Can't take anything for granted but it's clear both camps are now pretty much chalking up Florida to Trump.

There are a lot of people on Reddit (believe it or not) saying they are registered Democrats voting for Trump.

They are simply reporting the early votes and their party affiliation. They don’t know who they actually voted for, but it’s a pretty safe assumption the majority of those republican votes are for Trump.

Where do they get their numbers from?

Other sites do not have that.

I think he’s referring to in person only.

This has been true since the start. The big story is the eroding of the mail in ballot lead from 16 points to just below 5. Honestly, Florida already looks like Trump shouldn't waste anymore time as he has it in the bag.

And Reddit will ban them with a quickness.

Great question, and I honestly don’t know. I just know they are updating every 20 minutes. The numbers have steadily climbed for Trump.

Here are some comments from a thread I started on an anti lockdown sub:

quote:

I voted for Hillary in 2016. I am voting for Trump next Tuesday. The last 4 years have seen Democrats go off the fricking rails. I grew up in a conservative household that rejected the far right. We were pro choice, pro gay marriage, pro do whatever the frick you want Republican voters that regularly spoke out against the far right religious nuts. We were generally in the majority of conservatives in our orbit. I didn’t know anyone who embraced or welcomed or entertained our fringe. But it feels like Democrat’s are doing the opposite. They embrace the leftist authoritarian fringe and it blows my mind. It has pushed me away from liberalism and back to conservatism. I’m gay and I don’t feel like today’s Republican Party really gives a shite. It’s mostly a “come as you are” party today and generally doesn’t give much credence to the fringe right even tho the fringe also votes for trump. A vote for Biden is a vote for more lockdowns, socialism, borderline communism and authoritarianism where only rioters and looters are allowed normalcy. Hard fricking pass.

quote:

Hillary 2016, Obama 2012 and 2008, Kerry in 2004 - Trump 2020 i never thought i'd say this - i voted for WARREN in the Super Primary on 3 March. i was on the Trump Train by Easter - and it's not just the lockdowns. the Left has gone off the rails and suddenly the Right is the defender of human and civil rights. i will always reject the party of authoritarianism - right now, that's the Dems. and it's reminded me that the GOP is the party that gave us the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 19th amendments. the GOP gave my great-great-great (?) grandfather the right to become an American citizen - maybe i can't write them off quite yet. the vote hinges on the new woke normal vs the constitution of the United States of America. get off your arse and vote, dammit.

quote:

I’m another. Voted for Hillary 2016, voted for Trump this time. Democrats have gone INSANE.

They are starting to see the light, even if it’s a small portion of their base, you can be damn sure that it wouldn’t be as much as Trump has lost from his base. A lot of libertarians swallowing their pride and pulling the lever for Trump too.

I question the legitimacy of this source.
