The whole notion is kind of absurd. The stinger is made to shoot down fast moving high altitude aircraft via infrared target. The Chinook is literally the complete opposite of that.

I watched the full video and understand why he was In the Middle East, but did he clarify why he would have this info and his involvement with it? I may have missed it or he didn’t say.

So you’re saying it’s not in the realm of possibilities that cats who are stuck in the 19th century get their hands on 21st century technology that knocks aircraft out of the air using a homing system...and they wouldn’t use it because they’d rather squeeze off a corkscrewing RPG instead in the hopes that Allah will guide it?...just because a 47 doesn’t go “fast”?

Capt. Joni Marquez tells the story of Extortion 17 and how her AC130 gunship was denied permission to fire upon two insurgents. It was terrible what happened. I read her original lengthy story on Circa by Sara Carter a few years ago but it appears it is no longer available online. hmmm. A little about it here... LINK
