Law states that student support services must be age appropriate and in accordance with the rest of the guidelines. Seems an argument coumd be made.

Correct. The fact that they pulled back on something that should have NEVER EVER been something they were involved with in the first place IS NOT a win. It's a desperate attempt by them to save customers. Had they not gotten hammered, they'd still be doing it.
Unless consumers start REALLY holding these companies financially responsible for their actions, they'll keep it up.

They did send out a mass email to staff but it didn't state we no longer support Gendercool. Basically just stated that this is a voluntary program.
