This is why businesses need to tell every person who tries to bring politics into their business model to shut the frick up.

Which is what I said in the original thread.
Their response should have been “You going to spend more than ICE did to buy tacos? No? Then shut the frick up.”
These trucks don’t go places based on politics, they go based on where they think the money is. Same reason about 10 of these trucks are lined up down North St in BR every workday. They don’t love LA state government but those workers sure do spend money on food from them.

It’s astounding to me that business owners don’t realize that catering to groups of people who typically don’t spend money and forsaking those who do, is incredibly stupid.
Chick Fil A ran the numbers and was like, “man there aren’t really a lot of gay people and gay people are usually pretty good about eating healthy, so it really won’t impact our bottom line if we don’t bend to their lunatic fringe right?” They knew they were much better off keeping WASPs happy, because those are the people who show up at lunch everyday wrapped around the building twice in the drive thru.
Learn who your customer is and don’t piss them off.

These businesses need to STOP frickING APOLOGIZING.
Responding to fake outrage from the SJW's on social media is a fools' errand.
They are a hateful vocal minority who are LOOKING for reasons to be angry. Ignore them. Apologizing only emboldens them. Bullies bully those who can be bullied.
As this company learned, the average person/customer is not down with this hyper left wing SJW fanatical shite.
The second people just start ignoring these freaks is when they go away. The only power they have is what people grant them by kowtowing to them.

Lloyds is about three blocks away from here off Hertel. They take their food truck to almost every major Buff event, but I can live without them.
It's funny people think saying things like this won't mean anything. This'll likely backfire on them. Despite Buff city proper being blue, most of surrounding areas are heavily red. There are a lot of immigrants (both legal and illegal due to the border) in the area so not surprised ICE would be around

when I read this story yesterday, I just glanced at it, and thought that:
1) the first apology was a quick/minimal cave to the deranged Left
2) the second apology was a deep, full-SJW, "we are complete, utter, woke, illegal-immigrant-loving figs" cave to the deranged Left
But today, I seem to be reading:

2) the second was an apology for caving and apologizing to the Left, admitting (barely) that it is ok to serve ICE burritos
Which was correct?
