If I had to bet, it's going to be Shaprio, if he could survive being the first Jewish candidate. I think Newsome thinks its his but his shine will wear off and it will be a popular gov of a swing state. Shapiro and Whitmer are that (and they're staying out of this 2024 bullshite, almost assuredly for a reason)

He’s a decent bet for the 2028 Democratic nomination since he’s the only Democratic governor that isn’t a dumpster fire, but save for endorsing the candidate at the DNC, he’s not going near this Presidential election. SFP, barring another assassination attempt, everyone acknowledges that Trump has already won. It’s going to be the biggest blowout election since 1984. The Democrats are only fighting so that Biden and Kamala don’t drag everyone else down with them. Shapiro will not go anywhere near this race.
