The people own the capital. Any law created to prevent the people from exercising their free speech rights is unconstitutional.
When a gooberment puts up barriers to protect itself from its own masters that gooberment has broken the law. It is the gooberments responsibility to determine what it has done to upset its masters to the point the masters want to have a talk with them, unarmed.

Does not matter the seriousness of the offense. Every person has the right to due process and everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. There are also standards for detaining and charging persons suspected of committing a crime and those don't seem to be followed either.

Yes it’s a serious offense. Thousands vandalized and looted the Capitol, and they were incited by their god’s false claim that the election over which he presided was rigged. His worshippers are still in denial, as can be plainly seen in threads like these.

Instead of being obtuse and asking some vague question...you tell me...what evidence are you looking for? What will satisfy your threshhold for "evidence"? You know right off the top they have not been granted a speedy trial, ie the 6th Amendment...but you tell me, what purported evidence do you seek?
