I can believe that a rogue FEMA employee traded aid for sexual favors, and I can believe Trump supporters were bypassed by a rogue agent (or a rogue supervisor ordering it), but I can’t believe one in six survivors had to trade sexual favors for aid. Similarly, I would not believe that one in six survivors were refused aid due to being Trump supporters.
