You should sue CVS for medical malpractice and practicing medicine without a license.
If they won't fill a prescription because they don't carry it, that is fine.
If they are refusing to dispense because of the diagnosis, then they are practicing medicine. Pharmacists are not MDs and are not allowed to practice medicine. Even if they were a doctor, they are not YOUR doctor and do not know the full case history.

Can we please, please, please stop doing business with CVS, WalMart, Amazon, et al? They have all become part of a fascist cabal that is doing everything it can to control us. Start doing all your business through small, locally owned businesses. Pay the premium to people that can’t control your lives.

Lagniappe pharmacy in prairieville will not fill a script, and state they can't order it either. Kinda shocked - as this is a small local pharmacy.

I am sorry to say it is not just them. The wife and I had Covid back in July. We were able to get Ivermectin from our local pharmacy in French Settlement for 10 dollars copay with insurance coverage. It worked wonderfully along with the rest of the vitamins and such on the FLCCC protocol and we were well in short order. After we were well we tried to refill our prescription so we could have what had worked so well for us on hand. The folks at the pharmacy filled it that one last time but the 10 dollars went to 150 dollars. They told us they were going to be audited going forward and would be severely fined if they were filling Ivermectin prescriptions that were written for off label use. They were apologetic. So pharmacies in this country are being fined for filling legit prescriptions written by licensed medical practitioners.
I HATE TO SAY IT but the USA is fast becoming a banana republic communist shithole!!!

If you can’t get Ivermectin, try otc Quercetin as a substitute. It isn’t as great as IVM and HCQ, but it does help (see protocol) better than nothing…
Protocol for Low and Moderate Risk Patients
The Zelenko protocol for low to moderate risk patients contains four nutrients that can be easily purchased over-the-counter or online i.e. quercetin, zinc, vitamin C and D3.
Zinc (elemental) 25mg 1 time a day (PubMed) (Amazon)
Vitamin D3 5000 iu 1 time a day (vdnmeta.com) (Amazon)
Vitamin C 500 mg twice a day (PubMed) (Amazon)

Yep. I’m taking everything in the iMask+ protocol, except the Ivermectin.
Hopefully I can find someone to fill it. I have 2 active cases in my house the past week.
