Our 113 Billion along with the billions given by other nations and the sacrifices made by brave Ukrainians have prevented Russia from conquering Ukraine.
How many acres have we saved? How many square miles?
And at the same time we have seriously weakened an adversary who was active in the killing of thousands of Americans. Russia has been hurt in many ways. That’s a good thing.

Russia will emerge from the war stronger, we will leave it weaker, and less influential.

We printed all the money we sent to Ukraine, and weakened ourselves in the process.
Russia did the same in the 80s, and collapsed in the 90s

Given the odds, Ukraine has performed far better than expected.
The toll on Ukrainian civilians has been awful. No matter how people try to twist the facts, it was Putin’s
aggression against a sovereign nation that caused this fiasco. His desire is to re-create the post- WWII
Russian “empire” and control Eastern Europe as a counter-threat to the West. He made this clear back in the 90’s with his own statements.

Putin never was interested in going any further. He achieved what he wanted. Keeping NATO off his border and helping the Russian speaking folks who were being persecuted in Northern Ukraine.

And recovered 30+ of his old research labs that the US converted into biowarfare labs.

People think of military lines as long and relatively thin. The Russian line is THICK. It's a defensive strategy. They are going to play long game until Ukraine runs out of soldiers (they are going with the aged folks now) or their allies get tired of sending them money.

This, and the money is about to run dry.
US left US citizens swinging in the wind scattered across the world from afghanistan to libya, ya think they care about ukranians. Too much focus on the money trail now so they have to leave it.
They best ask Russia want they want and call it a day before they lose the whole country. And without US money, they will lose the whole country.

How powerful are we, if we can’t keep up with Russian military production? Our service economy is grossly overvalued and hides real material weakness.
We’re absolutely not the people we used to be. Russia isn’t a titan, but this isn’t 1990, we can’t assemble an army like we did for Gulf War 1, and we are are a fraction of the power we were in 1941.

Our economy dwarfs Russia.
We aren’t at war right now and Russia is. They are now counting on Iranian and N Korean help. China is dictating terms on trade deals.
Russia is in over their heads.

Yep. If NATO had just agreed to surrender the entirety of Ukraine, a portion of Poland, and Moldova to Russia, they never would have invaded.
