I heard that the propaganda campaign going on in the Ukraine is the most extensive, sophisticated and largest ever perpetrated in the history of war.

At this point in the war, the outcome of the battle for the city is pretty meaningless. Russia can celebrate that it only took 82 days to clear the city. Ukraine can celebrate that they held out for 82 days.

Yes, sort of like how the Germans celebrated the fall of Stalingrad.

Considering it's being funded by the most sophisticated propaganda agencies in world history, this shouldn't shock anyone.

It’s a bad idea because it won’t bolster morale. It’s going to undermine it.

Maybe so. But that doesn’t make it bizarre, nefarious, or out of the ordinary for this type of situation.

You are also judging it from the perspective of someone who is 5,000 miles away from the conflict zone and who has access to eleventy billion alternate news sources for verification. You are not Zelensky’s audience. The random guy whose iPhone is on 6% and has been living in the woods or some random bombed out building for 2 months with his 40 year old rifle is the target audience. That is what the sound bites are for. Not sober reflection from someone with the benefit of outside perspective.

I’m not even saying that Zelensky or the Ukraine is particularly righteous in this whole affair. I just cannot grasp why so many people here seem to think they are making a profound position by arguing that Zelensky is “lying” about the situation. What else would he be doing? “Yea, Russia is superior militarily to us in every way. They took Mariupol and we had to surrender your sons to the Russian army. Please keep fighting”?

I saw Aaron Mate on Jimmy Dore's show yesterday. He made a good point about how in the distant past, MSM had a few people who would take on CIA. Now that MSM is really just an arm of the intelligence agencies, that just doesn't happen. And it's not just MSM that guys like him are fighting. Companies such as Bellingcat are being paid to carry out the propaganda so there is some fake separation between government propaganda and the private sector. He said it was terrible fighting the MSM propaganda on Syria. He was one of the only guys who even tried.

Revolver News has an insane article on the new disinfo minster's ties to the deep state that I didn't really bother reading because it just seems like too much.

Notice all the upvotes whenever a topic or post is started, that talks about Russia winning a battle, or doing something positive for Russia. Notice all the downvotes whenever a topic or post is started, talking about Ukraine in a positive light, or over a battle they won.

That means that lots of people on this board, are happy that Russia is “beating Ukraine”. They’re rooting for Russia in this war, so that Putin can “defeat the bad guys in the West”. Pretty ridiculous and sickening to see so many people, who are “pro democracy” and all this, rooting and cheering for a tyrant, like Vladimir Putin.

More folks in the US just need to indicate their support of Ukraine on social media such as FB with a pic of their flag colors! That has to help! We need to join together and flood social media with their colors!

They are still winning, right. Any day now, the Nazi Azovs will force those dastardly russians all the way back to the Bering Straits. Joe just gave them $40B of your hard earned dollars.

Man, you referenced cities the Russians withdrew from. Are they gonna take those back? Give me some hard predictions.

Azov needs more money. We have to send more money and weapons to them asap. God bless those Azov boys.

So they don't need the $40B!

What's the refund policy on Ukrainian presidents? This one doesn't even have a country! Where did I put that receipt?

If you want someone to die for “Slava Ukraini!”, jump on a plane and head on over. I hear they’re accepting cannon fodder from the West. Maybe Zelensky will give you a lap dance.
