Instagram on November 20, shows a row of police officers standing face-to-face ?with a woman who is handcuffed to the mannequin. The mannequin has a sheet of paper attached ?to it that says: “I OPPOSE GENOCIDE I SUPPORT PALESTINE ACTION”, referencing the name of the proscribed group.
Footage captured by Reuters, opens new tab ?on November ?20 shows officers moving the same woman, mannequin, and paper sign into a police van.
London's Metropolitan Police said the mannequin was a prop belonging to a protester who was arrested.
