Underdog American wrapped in the flag comes out and beats the champ by pounding his face into mush.

And then draws the direct comparison to the USA being the underdog 250 years ago.

Couldn't have written a better script for an ending.

You know about 10 minutes ago, 30 seconds into the fireworks show, there were several million people in and around DC laying in bed just seething with anger

What a full circle moment for Trump and Dana

Dana said he is loyal to Trump because when no one gave UFC a chance, Trump reached out to him and said to hold the events at his casino. Dana said that Trump doing that went a long way to UFC's survival both financially and by legitimizing it as a sport.

Now they come together to hold the first-ever pro sporting event on the WH lawn

That last shot of them together was great and the very definition of loyalty and friendship.

When Gaethje said his skin/face needs to be studied I laughed out loud.

Ah. The dude that had the controversial take on Israel was escorted out like a college kid protestor? Shocking.

Dana stood by Trump and was a huge part of getting Trump back in the eyes of the people which helped him get re-elected.

I don't know how it could have been better. Just a great show from beginning to end. And to be the first time in history, every fight was a KO. And the final fight is a instant classic. Justin knows he got that big bonus and very well deserved.

how is there a champ and an interim champ?

The champ Topuria was unable to fight for an extended period of time due to personal circumstances, so the had a title fight and crowned "interim champ" until the champ could return to fight again. I think it is cheesy and overused, but it allows the ufc to have title fights even when the true champ is unavailable.

Despite liberals all over the country praying for rain, God parted the clouds around DC to spite them

Yeah. The country smaller and with a GDP less than New Jersey runs the world. Smooth brain obsession.
